I wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway after months of frustration with my line and honestly the staff member who attended to me was patient sha. She explained the whole process step by step without making me feel stupid, which I appreciated because customer service in Kaduna these days is something else. The waiting time wasn't too bad either, in and out in about 25 minutes. Small small thing but when you've been dealing with network problems, getting proper help from the actual regulator makes all the difference.
