Came to sort out some aviation related documentation and honestly the whole thing was frustrating. The staff at the desk moved like they were on their own time, I waited almost two hours for something that should have taken 20 minutes sha. One lady was helpful and explained the process clearly but by then my patience was already tested. They need to get their act together because na government money they using to pay salary while customers suffer.
