Came to sort out some broadcasting related issues and honestly the staff knew what they were doing which was good. My problem sha is that I had to sit there for almost an hour before anyone attended to me even though I came early in the morning when things should be quiet. The process itself was straightforward once they got to me but I no go lie that wait time nearly got me vexed because I had work to get back to. Four stars because they sorted me out proper but abeg they need to manage their queue better.
