I've tried this MyHealth portal for months now and the concept is solid sha. Being able to book a consultation from home instead of sitting in some clinic for hours is genuinely useful, especially with my schedule. But abeg, the waiting time between booking and actually seeing a doctor is ridiculous. Last time I booked for 2pm and didn't get attended to until almost 4pm, and for that delay they should at least refund part of the consultation fee.
