Came to sort out some community documentation here last month and the staff were actually helpful with the process. The problem is nobody explained things clearly from the start so I wasted almost an hour asking questions that should have been answered upfront. The administrative support is there but it feels disorganized like they need better training on how to guide people through what they do. I'll go back if I need to but abeg they should make their procedures clearer next time.
