Been with MTN for like three years now and I no go lie, the network coverage in Bauchi is solid — I get good data speed when I'm refilling my prescription balance or checking inventory at the pharmacy. But abeg, trying to reach their customer care is a whole wahala — spent 40 minutes on hold last month when my line got suspended for no reason, and the lady who finally picked up couldn't even explain what happened properly. They sorted it eventually but the attitude was just cold, like I was wasting her time. Network quality is there but their people need serious retraining sha.
