Their network coverage is solid and I don't complain much about that part when I'm working from home or moving around Zaria. But their customer service at the Tudun Wada branch? E no easy. Waited almost 45 minutes just to sort out my data bundle issue and the girl at the counter was not even trying to help fast. To be fair though, the data speeds are decent and my calls don't drop too much, so it's not all bad. I won't lie, I'm still using them because the alternatives are worse, but they need to do better with their staff.
