Came here to sort out some stuff at the hub and I wasn't expecting much honestly but the staff really made the difference. The girl who helped me explain everything step by step and didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions twice. Whole process was smooth and didn't take as long as I thought it would sha. Definitely coming back when I need their services again.
Came here for a consultation last month and I'll be honest the place itself is well organized and the staff know what they doing. But chai the wait time sha nearly made me regret the trip because even with an appointment I was there for almost two hours before my turn came. The facilities are solid and they have different departments working well together which is fine but if you can't get seen on time what's the point? I might go back but next time I'm calling ahead to complain about the waiting time before I even come.
