I've been using Monnify for my small business payments since last year and honestly the payment engine works smooth when you set it up proper. What annoyed me though is when I had an issue with a transaction last month, it took them almost 5 days to respond to my support ticket and by then the problem had already sorted itself out sha. The platform itself is reliable and my customers don't have wahala making payments, but abeg their support team needs to do better because what if the issue was urgent. I'll keep using them but I hope they address this because the service deserves faster response time.
