My friend dragged me here for brand strategy advice since I'm trying to grow my salon online and honestly they had good insights about social media presence and what works. The consultant was knowledgeable and spent time understanding my business which I appreciated but the follow up was basically nonexistent and when I tried to reach them with questions after leaving they took forever to respond. For what they charged me I expected better communication and maybe a simple check in to see if the strategies were actually working. Won't say don't go but manage your expectations about how hands on they'll actually be after you pay.
