Been coming to Mojec for my energy meter issues since last year and they've actually been helpful most times. But last week when I came to sort out my billing problem, the staff kept saying the system was slow and I ended up waiting almost an hour just for them to pull up my account sef. Everything else was fine sha, they explained things clearly and sorted me out in the end, but that delay annoyed me because I had to get back to my food business.
