Used to love this place but the telemedicine app they have is honestly a pain to navigate. Doctor consultation was good and quick which I appreciated but getting an appointment through their system took forever and I had to call them three times before someone picked up. For something that's supposed to be global and award winning, the online experience is letting them down badly. Won't say don't try them but abeg sort out your app first because that part is seriously annoying.
