Used Mkobo for a salary advance last month and honestly the process was straightforward on the app sha, but waiting for approval took almost a week when they promised 24 hours. The interest they charge is not small either and by the time the money hit my account I was already stressed. Staff at their office weren't even helpful when I called to follow up, just kept saying to wait. Won't say don't use them but abeg have a backup plan because this one moves slow slow.
