Frequent customer here and I must say Miva Technologies has solid solutions for what we need at the bank. The software they customized for our system actually works smoothly and the team understood our requirements well. My only gripe is getting feedback takes forever abeg like they move too slow on updates and follow ups even after we paid. Otherwise professional bunch but if they could just speed up their communication game would be 5 stars easily.
