Frequent customer here for months now and I must say the whole experience of managing my business finances and doing shopping through them is solid. The banking side works fine, transactions go through quick, and their customer service people actually pick up when you call which is rare these days. My only real complaint sha is the app itself feels clunky and sometimes takes forever to load or refresh, almost like they didn't test it properly before pushing it out. Still worth it overall but fix that app abeg because that small thing is holding them back from being perfect.
