Came to celebrate after church service and decided to try Mimi Hairs based on my wife's recommendation. The stylist actually knew her craft and the designs came out looking clean, I won't lie, but I sat there for almost an hour before anyone even called my name even though I had an appointment. The girl at the counter didn't apologize or explain anything, she just moved on like my time wasn't valuable. For someone charging decent money for hair design work, the customer service needs serious work abeg.
