Frequent customer here and I must say Mikano International has solid industrial solutions that actually work for what we need at the security firm. The team knows their stuff and the generators they supplied are reliable sha. My only gripe is the waiting time whenever you need service or follow-up on an order, sometimes you call multiple times before someone gets back to you which is frustrating when you have downtime issues. Otherwise they deliver on what they promise, just wish the response time was faster.
