Came to sort out some energy service stuff and honestly the team was knowledgeable about what they do sha. They explained everything clearly and didn't try to confuse me with big big words. My only issue is I waited almost an hour before anyone attended to me even though it wasn't that busy, and for a service hub that charges what they charge, that's not acceptable. I no go lie though, once they started helping me the actual service was solid, just wish their customer flow was better organized.
