Was skeptical at first but came in to check out their cooling units after my neighbor wouldn't stop raving about his. The sales guy actually took time to explain the difference between their models and didn't just push the most expensive one, which I appreciated sef. Got a unit installed two weeks ago and the thing cools my entire room evenly without that annoying temperature drop near the unit itself. Five stars because it's doing exactly what they said it would do and hasn't given me headaches like my previous brand.
