Wasn't even planning to come but my brother kept saying they're empowering people through technology so I figured let me see what the noise is about. They have the right idea sha but the whole experience felt slow and confusing for someone like me who just wants straightforward help. The staff member who attended to me tried his best but you could see he wasn't fully trained on what they offer. I appreciate what they trying to do but they need to sharpen their delivery because right now it's like they know what they want to do just not how to do it properly.
