Came to inquire about their agricultural research programs and honestly the whole experience left me frustrated. Nobody at the front desk could explain clearly what services they actually offer or how a small business owner like me could benefit from what they do, and I waited almost an hour before someone attended to me. The staff seemed more interested in their computers than answering questions, and when they finally did talk to me the information was so technical I couldn't follow half of it sef. Mixed feelings because the center itself looks organized and they're clearly doing something important, but if you want straightforward customer service this is not the place for it.
