Reluctantly agreed to come here after my boy kept pushing me about mental health stuff, honestly didn't think it would matter but the support team actually listened without judging me. They explained things in a way I could understand as a mechanic guy not used to all these counseling talks, and I felt like they genuinely cared about what I was saying. Only thing that annoyed me was how long it took to get through to someone the first time I called na, almost 45 minutes on hold which had me about to hang up. Overall though these people know what they doing and if you struggling mentally, abeg don't be like me and wait too long to reach out to them.
