Reluctantly agreed to come here and try this healthcare management system after my clinic kept having issues with patient records. The software itself does what it's supposed to do once you get it running but abeg the onboarding process took longer than expected and nobody really explained things clearly to me. First few weeks had me calling support more times than I wanted but at least they eventually sorted it out. I'm still using it but for the price they charge I expected a smoother start honestly.
