My partner insisted we try this place for our engagement party planning and honestly the consultants had some really creative ideas for the event setup. But abeg the wahala started when we had to follow up like three times before they sent us the actual quote and timeline, waited almost two weeks for something that should take days. The staff were friendly enough but the whole process felt disorganized like nobody was really coordinating things properly. I'm still using them because the vision they painted was nice, but I'm keeping my eyes open because this pace is concerning for someone planning an actual event.
