My partner insisted we try this place and honestly I was skeptical but we went anyway to check their luxury properties. The agents were polite enough and showed us some nice projects, but the whole process felt rushed like they just wanted our money without really understanding what we needed. Follow up calls stopped after two weeks and when I tried reaching them about payment plans the girl on the phone was vague about everything sha. Nice developments but the customer care needs serious work if they want repeat business.
