Finally found a system that actually works

I've tried here for months now and sha the difference in how our clinic manages stock is night and day. Before Medsaf we was always running out of drugs or finding expired ones tucked away because nobody knew what we had, but now everything is tracked proper. The staff explained how to use it and even when I had questions they responded quick. Worth every naira we spend on it I no go lie.

Decent system but getting their staff to use it properly na wahala

Came against my better judgment because my cousin who works at a clinic kept saying Medsaf has made things easier for them. When I finally asked him to show me how it works, I sat with him for like 20 minutes while he struggled to input some medication information because apparently nobody trained him properly on the platform. The system itself seems solid sha and when it works it actually helps organize things fast, but the problem is getting the healthcare workers to stick to using it correctly. Don't get me wrong, my cousin says it saves time overall, but watching him fumble through basic steps made me wonder if they provide proper training or if people just figure it out themselves.

Medsaf really sorted out our medication tracking

Been coming here for months now and I must say the system they put in place for managing our health facility's stock is actually working. My worry before was that we'd lose track of expiry dates and waste medication, but their platform makes it so clear I can check everything from my phone even when I'm at home. The interface sha took me a minute to figure out but once I got it, straightforward. Worth the investment for any healthcare provider trying to get their act together.
