Frequent customer here and I must say the insurance plans are solid and actually cover what they promise unlike some other places. My issue though is dealing with their claims process because nobody tells you what documents you need upfront so you end up making three different trips to sort everything out. Staff are friendly enough and the clinical care side works fine but abeg their administrative team needs to speed up. Still worth it overall if you have patience for their wahala.
