Came to pick up some medications they produce locally and I'll give it to them, the quality of the actual products is solid which is what matters most. But abeg the whole process was frustrating, waited almost an hour just to be attended to even though there were only three other people in there and the staff kept chatting among themselves like I wasn't standing there. The prices are reasonable compared to what you'd pay at other places for imported alternatives, but for that amount of time I spent waiting you'd think they'd at least acknowledge a customer. Not bad but their customer service needs serious work if they want repeat business from me.
