Came for a medical consultation and the doctor was knowledgeable sha, explained everything clearly about my condition. But abeg, I made an appointment two weeks in advance and still waited almost an hour before being seen. The whole tele-consultation setup is smart and I appreciate that I didn't have to travel all the way to VI for this, but if you can't keep to your appointment times then what's the point. Won't rule out coming back but they need to sort out their scheduling because that waiting room experience was frustrating.
