Came for a quick consultation and ended up sitting there for almost an hour before anyone called my name, which sha was not okay. The counselor herself was actually knowledgeable and listened well, but by that time I was already annoyed and had to rush back to the pharmacy. The whole setup looks professional enough and they have a nice waiting area, but if they can't manage their appointment schedule better then what's the point? I'll give them another chance but abeg they need to sort out their waiting system.
