I've been with Med Quest Africa for almost a year now and the health insurance package itself is solid, no complaints about the coverage or how they handle claims honestly. The managed care services work fine when you actually need them and staff are responsive when you call. My only real gripe sha is their online portal is a mess, took me three attempts to access my policy details last month and the interface is not user friendly at all. For what you're paying monthly you'd expect something that works smoothly but I'm still satisfied overall.
