Tried Med Points for a doctor consultation since I work from home in Sokoto and didn't want to trek to the clinic. The portal itself is easy enough to use and booking was fast, I'll give them that. But I waited almost an hour past my appointment time before any doctor came through, and when they did the connection kept cutting and I had to repeat everything twice. For the amount of money they charge honestly the technology should be better, but at least the doctor himself was patient and answered my questions even with all the glitches.
