Came here for a consultation last month and the place itself is impressive sha, very modern and clean which put me at ease. Problem is I had an appointment at 2pm and didn't get attended to until almost 3:30pm, and there wasn't even that many people ahead of me. The staff seemed more interested in chatting than actually moving patients through, and when the doctor finally saw me the whole thing felt rushed like they were trying to make up for lost time. The healthcare hub has potential but if they can't manage their schedule properly what's the point of booking an appointment?
