Frequent customer here and I must say Max.ng has been reliable for my salon supply deliveries most times. The logistics tracking is actually solid and drivers are professional when they show up but abeg their mobile app crashes too much and it's frustrating trying to book when you're in a rush. Last week alone it froze twice on me and I had to call customer care instead of just ordering online like I wanted to. Overall they get the job done but fix that app thing because it shouldn't be that difficult in 2024.
