I've tried here for my hajj arrangements and the flights themselves were reliable which is what matters most honestly. Staff were helpful when I finally got through to someone but abeg their phone lines are always busy and you'd spend forever trying to reach them to confirm your booking or ask questions. The actual flight experience was smooth and on time but that booking process sha frustrated me because getting a human to pick up felt like a mission on its own.
