Came for a hajj package booking since everyone was recommending them and the staff at the counter were helpful with explaining the whole process sha. But when it came time to confirm my flight details three weeks later nobody was picking calls, took me almost two weeks of going back and forth before someone finally got back to me. The flight itself went smooth and prices were fair compared to other places but the communication before departure had me stressed for nothing. Won't say don't use them but abeg have backup contact numbers ready because relying on them alone is risky.
