Came for a checkup and the staff were actually attentive sha, explaining everything about the maternal care services and making sure I understood. The facility itself was clean and organized which put my mind at ease. My only gripe is I sat there for almost an hour before they called my name even though I had an appointment, and that was frustrating because I had to get back to work. Overall though the quality of care they provided made up for it, so I can't complain too much.
