Frequent customer here and I must say Maple Health Med has been solid for getting consultations and prescriptions sorted online. The doctors are responsive and actually answer your questions properly unlike some places, but abeg their mobile app is frustrating — it keeps crashing when I try to upload my medical history and I've had to call the support line twice just to get things through. For a digital health platform in 2024 you'd think the app would work smoothly but that one issue alone has me vexed sometimes. Still using them though because the actual healthcare side is decent.
