Came here for cooling solutions for my shop and the equipment itself is solid quality I won't lie. But abeg the waiting time before anyone even looked at me was almost 40 minutes and I had to ask where the service desk was because nobody greeted me when I walked in. They have what you need sef but the staff attitude made the whole experience sour, and for the price they charging you'd think customer service would be better. Mixed feelings honestly because the product works but the way they run things here needs serious adjustment.
