Came to get some power tools for a project at work and honestly I was expecting the usual long talk and pressure to buy what I don't need. The guy at the counter sha just listened to what I actually needed, showed me the Makita equipment without overselling, and let me make my choice without all the wahala. Quality of the tools is solid and they actually explained the warranty thing clearly which I appreciated. Will definitely be coming back when I need industrial gear because at least they treat you like a normal person here and not like your money is the only thing that matters.
