Reluctantly agreed to come here and check out their health insurance plans since my son wouldn't stop talking about it. The staff were patient in explaining everything and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, which I appreciated given that I don't understand all this modern insurance talk. My only gripe though is their registration process took forever because their computer system was moving at snail pace, and I almost walked out halfway through waiting. Overall though the experience was solid and I'd go back, just hopefully next time their technology cooperates better.
