Used to be my go-to but Luxury Mane House has really disappointed me lately. Last time I came in to check out their gift items for my salon clients, the girl at the counter didn't even bother greeting me for a solid 10 minutes while she was on her phone. The gift selection is actually decent and variety is there but e no easy when you're waiting around feeling invisible like that. Won't say I'm done with them but they need to train their staff on basic customer service because the products alone can't carry the whole thing.
