Came for a quick mane touch up and ended up spending almost two hours there when they said 45 minutes sha. The stylist who did my hair knew what she was doing I won't lie, the finish was clean and everything, but I was literally the only person in there and still had to wait forever. The receptionist wasn't even apologetic about it, just kept saying the stylist was busy doing something in the back. For premium prices they charge, e no easy how they manage time like this.
