Came for a wellness checkup and the staff were actually very attentive, explained everything about the diagnostics clearly which I appreciated. My only gripe is I waited almost 45 minutes even though I had booked an appointment, and there wasn't even a proper waiting area to sit comfortably. The results came back on time and accurate so I can't complain too much, but abeg they need to manage their scheduling better because civil servants like me don't have all day. I'll go back but maybe I'll book for early morning next time.
