I've been with Lifeworth for almost a year now and honestly they've been solid with claims processing and the coverage is actually decent for the price. Staff are friendly when you call and they explain things clearly which I appreciate sef. My only gripe is their online portal is confusing like they didn't test it properly before launch—took me forever to find my policy details last month when I needed them quick. Everything else works fine but abeg they need to fix that portal because it's frustrating for us who just want to check our balance fast.
