Took my daughter for a checkup last week and the pediatrician was really thorough, explained everything clearly which I appreciated. The problem sha is that I booked an appointment, arrived on time, and still waited almost 50 minutes before we were called in. For what they charge and with an appointment system in place, that's just not acceptable abeg. The facilities are clean and the staff tried to be helpful but honestly the time management here needs serious work.
