Came here after my cousin had an accident and needed blood urgently, so you can imagine how serious the situation was. The staff moved fast to help and had the blood available which honestly felt like a miracle, but the whole experience was chaotic sha. Nobody really explained what was happening or what we needed to do next, we were just running around trying to figure things out ourselves. They do important work and I'm grateful they came through when it mattered, but the way they handle things needs serious improvement because not everyone can deal with that kind of stress when their family is in danger.
