Frequent customer here and I must say Life-Worth Medicare has solid health plans that actually cover what they promise. The whole insurance process was straightforward and staff explained everything clearly which I appreciated but honestly their mobile app is frustrating to use. Every time I try to check my policy details or submit claims through the app it either crashes or takes forever to load. For a modern health firm in 2024 this should not still be happening but the actual service when you call them is fine.
