Frequent customer here and I must say the actual consultation with the doctors is solid. They know their thing and explain everything clearly which I appreciate sha. My only annoyance is their app takes forever to load and sometimes the video call drops when my connection is even slightly weak. Overall it does the job and saved me trips to the hospital but they need to fix that app because it wastes time.
