Came for a professional development course since my work requires constant upskilling and the curriculum content was actually solid, I won't lie. The instructors knew their stuff and explained things clearly which I appreciated but the certification process sha took longer than promised and nobody followed up after I completed everything. For what they charge honestly the back-end support needs serious work because I had to call three times before someone even acknowledged my final submission. Mixed feelings because the learning was good but the whole experience left me frustrated.
